  • IEEE student chapter is there which is involved various activities such as, organizing technical lectures for engineering students, lectures for local youth, societal work and many more.
  • Department has technical clubs also, to encourage the students to be involved in technical activities apart from classroom studies and cultivate team spirit. Currently three clubs are running in the department: Electronics and Robotics, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, and IoT/Embedded club. All the clubs are run by the students and open for interdisciplinary students also.
  • There is a facility of Design and Innovation Center (DIC) project, in which students can also write innovative projects for small funding facility. These projects can be from any field and encourage students to do research work to address local social problems. DIC projects can also be proposed by faculty members and students can be associated with faculty according to their field of interest.
