Dr Shrawan Kumar Trivedi is an assistant professor of Business Analytics and Information Systems at Department of Management, Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Petroleum Technology, Amethi prior to this he worked at Indian Institute of Technology (ISM) Dhanbad,  Indian Institute of Management Sirmaur and BML Munjal University Gurugram as assistant professor for more than 6 years. He received his Fellow (FPM) degree in the area of Information Systems from Indian Institute of Management Indore and MTech in Information Technology from Indian Institute of Information Systems.

His research includes Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Twitter Data Analysis, text mining, sentiment analysis, big data, IT systems, E-Commerce and have a good knowledge of R-programming, python, WEKA, SPSS, AMOS and spreadsheet analysis. He published many Papers ranked in ABDC journals with ranking A, B and C and journals with impact factors ranked in Q1, Q2 and Q3 in clarivate analytics SCI/SSCI Impact.

He already taught courses like Business Analytics, Big Data Analytics, Spreadsheet modeling, Data Mining for business, MIS etc at RGIPT, IITISM Dhanbad, and IIM Sirmaur.
