FACULTY PROFILE

Dr Kirti Nayal is an Assistant Professor in Operations and Supply Chain Management at Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Petroleum Technology (RGIPT), Bengaluru. She holds a PhD from IIM Mumbai, an M Tech from NIFTEM, Kundli, and a B Tech from G B Pant University.

Her research interests include digitalization, sustainable and circular supply chains, supplier selection, logistics, warehouse management, supply chain analytics, and service operations management.

She has previously served as an Assistant Professor at Symbiosis Institute of Operations Management, Nashik, and Vignan's Foundation for Science, Technology and Research, Guntur.

Dr Nayal has published research in journals including Journal of Cleaner Production, IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management, International Journal of Logistics Management, Industrial Marketing Management, and Business Strategy and the Environment.
